Tentative Practice Schedule
Arriving to practice on time is an important part of playing club volleyball with AVA. Each team is assigned court duties to be completed before practice starts so please make sure your child arrives 10 –15 minutes early. If you are running late, it is your responsibility to make sure the coach is aware.
Also, if your team practices offsite, they will need to set up the nets before practice and coming early will allow the extra time needed without interfering with the scheduled practice time. The equipment will also be taken down after the practice has completed.
The majority of the teams will practice at the AVA Training Facility , but a few teams will practice at Dunbar Middle School . The teams practicing at Dunbar are indicated below in the time slots highlighted gray.
CAT (Conditioning & Agility Training) Schedule
PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we need to adjust practice times on Sundays to maximize our time in the gym and with our jump trainers. Please know that when many teams are out of town or playing in tournaments on Sundays, there will likely be changes made. Please check with your coach to verify your practice times and jump training times.
Every team that practices on Sunday has mandatory jump training. ()s around your team name during the week means this is your mandatory CAT time. Without ()s is your 2nd jump training time for those that paid the preferred fee. If you want to add that, please contact Katy ASAP. katy.garza@avatexas.com
