Hello! My name is Taylor Frederick. I played club volleyball here at AVA from 12’s-16’s and I am excited to be back! I am entering my 4th year coaching, but my first year here at AVA.
I am a graduate of Manvel High School where I was a 4 year Varsity Letterman. I recorded 1,000 kills in my time there. Also, I was named Offensive MVP two years in a row for my district and Academic All District all 4 years. After an exciting high school career, I went on to play collegiately at TWU. After playing for one season, I decided to return home to finish my degree and begin my coaching career. From the moment I started coaching I have loved every minute! I have previously coached 15’s and 16’s, but I am excited to pour all of my passion and knowledge into the 13’s this year!
Outside of coaching, I am an 8th grade Math teacher and coach at a Jr. high in Alvin ISD. This is my first year in education. In my free time I enjoy working out, spending time with family and friends and going to church.
